The Project is an exciting original-songs band that has been called a cross
between Laurie Anderson, Talking Heads and The Rocky Horror Picture Show. The Project is
dancey, happy, smart and occasionally weird. The Project's melodies flirt with the
worlds of jazz, Afro-Cuban, rock, space-out and theater; their rich lyrics
reflect a sunny outlook on life. With four core musicians communally
exploring their personal styles, they are an experimental project.
